NEWPORT’s subminiature connectors are molded of high performance glass-filled nylon. Tube clamps are not required. Each male connector is supplied with one blank brass bushing to which protection tubes are easily soldered or brazed. Special washers are provided to guarantee good contact without damaging fine wires. Connectors will accommodate protection tubes from 0.25 mm to 3.17 mm (0.010" to 1/8") O.D. Additional bushings can be purchased for $.25 each; order BB-SMP-1.
