| Senior Firmware Engineer |

| The qualified candidate will be primarily responsible for the development of firmware for embedded process monitoring and control systems in real-time environment. They will be responsible for new product development and sustaining engineering.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Skills, Duties, Education & Experience:
-
Advanced knowledge of Real-Time Firmware Architectures and Real-Time-Operating-Systems (RTOS) for Embedded Processors.
-
Experienced with embedded programming languages C, C++, Object-Oriented design and Assembly Languages.
-
Skilled in the use of firmware debugging tools, in-circuit-emulators (ICE).
-
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
-
Knowledge of hardware systems and specifications in a hands-on environment.
-
Knowledge of 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers applied to embedded control systems
-
Good verbal and communication skills in a fast paced R&D Team Product Development Environment.

Experienced with RS232/RS485/USB and Ethernet communication protocols.
-
BSEE and 10+ or Master’s Degree and 5+ years of experience developing firmware for real-time control systems.
Additional Desired Skills but not required:
-
Familiarity with wireless technology (Wi-Fi, ZigBee, and Bluetooth) is a plus.

Knowledge of ARM and 8051 microcontrollers is ideal.

Knowledge of PID Controller Algorithms a plus.

Knowledge of embedded web servers, HTML and Java a plus.

Knowledge of sockets a plus.

Self-starter and a team player in a diversified and dynamic and fast paced product development environment.
