will overbraid any thermocouple wire with either Inconel 600,
304 SS or Tinned Copper overbraiding. Both Inconel and Stainless
Steel overbraiding add durability, flexibility, and abrasion
protection to your valuable thermocouples, thus lengthening
the life of your thermocouple by protecting it from wear.
Low cost Tinned Copper overbraiding provides electrical shielding
with the added benefits of durability, flexibility, and abrasion
protection; however, it negates any UL rating of the base
wire. |

To Order:
For Stainless Steel Overbraid, add the suffix “SB” to
the wire part number and specify Stainless Steel Overbraid on your
order.
For Inconel Overbraid, add the suffix “lB” to the wire
part number and specify Inconel Overbraid on your order.
For Tinned Copper Overbraid, add suffix “TCB” to the
wire part number and specify Tinned Copper Overbraid on your order.
Pricing: To compute the total cost, add the price of the overbraiding
from the tables to the price of the thermocouple wire.
