NEWPORT’s
platinum RTD probes are now available in 1/16" diameter for
faster response times. Note: Because of their smaller
physical size, these probes are more fragile and should be handled
with greater care than our larger diameter versions of the same
probes. Avoid subjecting probes to bending, flexing or vibration.

Note: Available in lead type 2 (3-wire) and lead type 1 (2-wire) only.
Minimum sheath length for any style probe is 4". 1/16" dia RTD probes cannot be bent. Consult sales for other lengths, as well as additional lead length on PR-11 style probes.
Actual diameter of sheath is .064" ± 0.003".
RTD probes shown on this page are also available with PFA coating. To order, add suffix “-PFA” to model number (not available on the PR-16 Series).
Ordering Example: (1) PR-11-2-100-1/16-6-E transition style probe 6" long, lead type 2 (3-wire configuration), 1/16" dia., 304 SS sheath with 36" PFA insulated leads = $97
