Works
with High Temperature Impedance Type K Temperature Readouts
Rugged,
Heavy Duty Aluminum Handle
Specifically
designed for use where surface temperatures reach up to 2300°F
(1260°C) and rough handling is routine, NEWPORT’s Foundry
Probe uses large, heavy duty tips that can penetrate surface
slag to measure the true temperature of the casting. The surface
to be measured must be electrically conductive. The lead wires
are 16-gage stranded wire with high temperature insulation
and stainless steel overbraiding for added protection. Will
not work with analog display systems requiring 10 or 15 ohm
input impedance.
