Newport's On-line Store offers compatibility with most

If I don't want to purchase online what do I do?

Can
I use a purchase order to place my order?
If you are a purchasing agent or buyer, and have valid
NEWPORT Customer Number with an approved line of credit you can use a
purchase order during the checkout process.
What
methods of payment do you accept?
NEWPORT on-line store accepts credit card and purchase

How
much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs for your order are shown clearly when

When
will I receive the products I ordered?
Your shopping cart will indicate whether the items
you selected are in stock or whether there is a lead-time associated with
them. We do our very best to quote accurate availability information at

How
can I find out the status of my order?
First you will receive an order acknowledgment. Shortly after this you will receive an e-mail order confirmation which will include your NEWPORT order confirmation number. Use this link to check your ORDER STATUS.

NEWPORT offers full pre and post sale engineering product

is your return policy?
You will be required to contact Customer Service (Tel:
1-800-639-7678, Fax: 203-968-7311, e-mail: sales@newportUS.com)
to get a Return Authorization Number. A restocking fee may be applied
to the return.
How
do I search for a product in the On-line Store?
You will have the choice of searching the entire newportUS.com Site (100,000+ Products), but if the product you find is not available
for on-line purchase simply call, fax, or e-mail us to place your order.

In the event you require any repairs, with Newport's Loaner Program we
may be able to send you a loaner at no cost, while yours is being serviced.
