Installing
Setup and Configuration Software for NEWPORT instruments with RS-232
and RS-485 serial communications, or Ethernet.
- Locate the icon below for your product software then click on it to
save the software to your hard drive.
- Once the software is saved to
your hard drive, we recommend you close the browser, then double click
on the (*.exe) file to initiate the install process.
- Install wizard
will guide you step by step through the software installation procedure.
